DOHA, QATAR: Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani hands the 17th Gulf Cup with to Qatari palyer Amer Al-Kaabi (R) after the victory against Oman during the final match in Doha 24 December 2004. Qatar won the Arabian Gulf Cup for the second time here on Friday beating Oman 5-4 on penalties in front of a capacity crowd after the two sides had been locked at 1-1 at the end of extra-time.
