Barrier Tape at the S-Bahn station Ostkreuz in Berlin, Germany. This tape shows that this area was closed, because of a cable fire and there are no trains on this platform. Due to the cable fire of October 5th, 2020 and the associated train cancellations, there were massive restrictions on the Ringbahn (circle line) in Berlin's S-Bahn traffic. The picture was taken in Berlin-Ostkreuz train station.
